Happy Birthday Bloomy.
I'm going to forget about my materialism for a minute to write you this tribute David on your 22nd birthday. I hope you knew that you were seriously my best friend man. I'm glad we kept in touch during our first couple years of college. Getting to know you was one of the best things I've ever did. I could talk to you about anything and it was always cool, or "chiller." You taught me that being cool wasn't about how popular you were but instead it was about doing what you loved. Your life shouldn't be lived in a way to fit the acceptable norm.
When Meyer called me about the news, I couldn't even believed what happen. Who's going to tell me what is the best new music Who's ideas can I steal!!?!? I couldn't believe someone so important to me was gone. It was my first time crying in years.
I will always remember the times we spent together. Driving around in search of fun carpool off ramps. Watching Sam the cooking guy. Writing the song with Sam and Grant. Going in chat rooms to give parenting advice. Valentines at epicentre, just me and you to see Further seems Forever. I just really hope you know you made me become a better person.
I'll never forget.
To the best song writer I know.

Racism is real
After incidents like the Sean Bell trial, I've come to realized that despite all the actions to move forward, racism still exists in the states. I believe in the future and hope one day, prejudice won't be as prevalent as it is today. Below is a documentary entitled "The Modern Racist Paradigm" that addresses the issue. Eliminate the hate. or Stay Stoops.

Banksy Unmasked?
Today, The Daily Mail had an article about the identity of banksy and his growing up. The picture above of the semi he grew up in. The article actually has a picture of the man himself.
Feist on Sesame Street
Feist teaches how to count. Maybe little kids will grow up to listen to better music.

Kanye agrees with Soulja Boy over Ice T
"Soulja boy is fresh ass hell and is actually the true meaning of what hip hop is sposed to be. He came from the hood, made his own beats, made up a new saying, new sound and a new dance with one song. He had all of America rapping this summer. If that ain't Hip Hop then what is? A bunch of wannabe keep it real rappers that ain't even relevant, recycling samples trying to act like it's 96 again and all they do is hate on new shit? Niggas always talk about the golden age but for a 13 year old kid, this is the golden age!!! That song was so dope cause everything he said had a hidden meaning... that's Nas level shit... he just put it over some steel drums which is also some Nas shit if you had the 2nd album cassette with the bonus track "Silent Murder" on it. In closing... new niggas get ya money$$$$$$$$$$ Keep this shit fresh and original.... ain't no fuckin' rules to this shit and that's what real hip hop is to me."
