The secret to bangin' Hip Hop tracks: HORNS

I've come to realize that the sound of ascending melodies of a horn over a progressive Hip Hop beat is the recipe to producing a classic song.  There's something harmonious about a marching-band-esque tune.  Some producers (i.e. Cool Kids) like to strip down their production to deliver that gritty raw bass sound along with bone-breaking snares, which is cool, but to me, it's all about that OG steez.
